Default neuz.exe error number 5

Hello all.
I have still (since like 2 months) neuz error number 5
I really wanna play and I really don't know how to get the error away.
I have Windows XP

I really hope someone can help me now -.-

EDIT: I use Windows Vista now and I already did do things with Norton... Idk how to explain it... But I still have neuz error 5
I already did change flyfh compability to Windows XP (packet 2)
So what could be the problem now?

its probably norton thinking that neuz.exe is some kind of virus i had the same problem with ESET,

try using these staps to exclude neuz.exe from the scans in norton:

neuz.exe error 5 has to do with your firewall I believe. Try adding it to the exceptions in your firewall.

Ok I'll try it soon
And Norton does delete Neuz when I start Flyfh.
If I turn Norton off Nezu can't reach internet so I can go to the login screen but I cannot login
